LEE KUAN YEW CREEPER

Vernonia elliptica is a member of the Asteraceae family and is from North America and Africa.
The flowers are white or pink/white in absolute profusion and appear in late winter early spring.

It is a great cascading creeper for banks, walls or as a ground cover and will trail or creep to around 2 metres depending on location.

It is best grown in full sun with moderate water usage and good drainage.

This creeper was named after Lee Kuan Yew the former President of Singapore.
