Description
ANGELS TRUMPET
Brugmansia candida flora plena are members of the Solanaceae family and are native to South America. They are a compact tropical shrub or small tree and grow to around 8 metres.
The double white Brugmansia (sometimes referred to as Datura) is a classically, beautiful representative of the genus. The flowers appear best in warmer months but flower several times a year.
It is best planted in full sun to light shade with regular water and feeding, although these factors are not essential they are to be desired.
The fragrance is delightful and sweeter in the evenings and through the night.
Brugmansia sanguinea will tolerate a light frost but with more protracted cold periods may be more damaged, however when the plants are more mature they generally re-shoot.
BRUGMANSIA ARE GREAT GARDEN PLANTS, ENJOY!
