Description
TECOMANTHE VENUSTA
FOREST BELL CREEPER
Tecomanthe venusta is a member of the Bignoniaceae family and is a native of Far North Queensland Australia.
This vine is unforgettable when in bloom as the flowers appear in hot pink bunches of 8-10 – and 100mm long with creamy tips when first appearing with a whitish yellow inner tube, on every node of the older wood as well as the new growth resembling a deep pink petticoat.
The growth is very quick and can get from 3-6 metres and therefore should be pruned for control.
ONE WORD FABULOUS, ENJOY!
