NONG NOOCH VINE
Petraeovitex wolfei syn. Petraeovitex bambusetorum is a member of the Lamiaceae family and is native to Thailand.
It is a stunning climber and is extremely rare. It flowers from spring through to autumn with and flowers in the tips and extends out over a long period with golden bracts and white flowers. It does like a little shade.
Nong Nooch vine is much more suitable for pot culture than some Clerodendrums (its relative). The vine brings ease of culture, vigorous growth and great floral form to the container gardener.
In cooler areas grow it in a greenhouse or in warmer areas on a fence or trellis. Make sure you allow for the bracts to extend (300mm to 1200mm) downward for best effect.
ENJOY THIS BEAUTIFUL RARE VINE!
