‘Candy Corn Vine’
The Manettia inflata also known as candy corn vine is a very rare spectacular climber to 2m and flowers from late spring to late summer. It is smothered in orange red cylindrical flowers 30mm long x 5mm across in absolute profusion. It is bird, bee & butterfly attracting.
SOILS: The vine will enjoy most soil types but prefers well drained moisture retentive soil.
PLANTING: Dig the hole twice the size of the pot and plant level with the surrounding soil. Water in well till new growth appears.
CARE: Prune after flowering and this will produce more flowers the following season. Fertilise after pruning and mulch well to conserve water
